The Vision of this Retreat
Eating well, exercising, blood sugar control, getting deep sleep is basic. To up level, you need to re-establish your connection to your soul purpose, and your energy body.
From a quantum science perspective, energy always affects the way in which stress or diseases manifests in the physical body. To address the physical symptoms, without addressing the mental, emotional and energetic layers is an incomplete process.
During this retreat, Functional Medicine Integrative Nutritionist, Karin G. Reiter will review your blood work using a patient-centred approach to help you understand what foods and/or supplementation you’ll need to take care of the body.
Shaman and energy medicine practitioner, Johnson Chong, will help you tap into the energetic root causes of what needs to be eliminated psychically and energetically so that you can recharge the heart and soul. When mind, body and spirit are unified, you will feel a more truer sense of vitality.

Daily Vinyasa Yoga
During these cohesive 75 min morning workshops, you will strengthen and lengthen the body through with standing postures, rotational postures, hip opening, backbending, arm balances and inversions to create a well rounded experience. These will be taught in an open level style with daily focuses as well as options and variations for all.
Soul Purpose Workshops
Moving through life without understanding your soul purpose on the deepest level is like a tree with weak roots. Your vitality and energy levels are directly related to how anchored you are in purpose. Contrary to popular belief, your purpose is not your career, though there may be parallels. Together, we will discover your unique purpose.
Shamanic Breathwork Journeys
Breathwork helps to prime the mind, body and energy systems to tap into your ability to entrain peace through meditation. You will also connect with your Spirit guides by invoking the sacred energies of the Andean medicine wheel. Drop into your inner guidance in expanded states of consciousness like you’ve never before.
Healing Fire Ceremony
The soul and psyche speak in the language of symbols. Connect to the beauty of the ancient fire ceremony that the high Andean Q’ero priests in the Peruvian mountains perform to release stagnant negative energy. You will replenish your chakra field and soul body to regain a sense of energetic restoration and vitality.
Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony
The Blue Lotus is a deeply mystical and complex medicinal plant – used as a sacrament by the ancient Egyptians in their religious and magical practices. The alkaloids of this plant help to create beautiful dream states along with a myriad of calming physical effects.
Psychedelic Ajna Light Therapy
The Ajna light is a meditation device that uses LED lights to stimulate a psychedelic DMT state of consciousness without ingesting hallucinogens. Oftentimes, practitioners report seeing a kaleidoscope of visions similar to when on a psychedelic trip, except without the physical side effects of nausea.
Sound Healing
Sound healing has ancient roots in Egypt, India & China. Each cell in the human body has a unique vibration & frequency. Sound healing attunes specific vibrations to help the cells of the body to move from a state of stress and disease to a state of coherence.
Personalised Meal Plans
Fear, insomnia, stress is exacerbated by eating the wrong foods that inflame the gut. During this retreat, you will eat according to functional medicine principles and based on a customised personal analysis and consultation with functional medicine specialist, Karin G. Reiter.

Johnson Chong is the best-selling and award-winning author of Sage Sapien: From Karma to Dharma. He is also a TedX Speaker, shaman and the founder of Sage Shamanic Yoga where he trains aspiring meditation and breathwork teachers. Through the synthesis of the most applicable teachings of yoga, meditation, breathwork, coaching and shamanic healing, his trainings are designed to help people quiet the mind, awaken the heart and free themselves of the roadblocks that keep them from living more authentically and joyfully. After being diagnosed with not 1 but 2 Autoimmune diseases – Karin was told by conventional medicine doctors that she would never lead an “optimal” life. Refusing to be another statistic of empirical data, Karin began her journey towards healing herself.
She is now a functional medicine nutritionist, meditation and breathwork teacher, fitness trainer, author, wife, mama and founder of Nutritious N’ Delicious, has been a leader in the nutrition and wellness industry for the last 15+ years. Karin founded Nutritious N’ Delicious in 2011 in Australia (after a corporate career in law and finance) and her aim was to touch as many people as possible and provide knowledge, support, guidance and advice on building a healthier lifestyle.
She has led workshops and nutrition programs in Singapore, Hong Kong, Israel and Australia. Karin’s passion is to educate, to ask questions and to bring to light the importance of natural, nourishing foods and how they affect longevity.

You will have to book your own international flight directly to either Athens, Greece or Kalamata, Greece. Athens is 2.5 hours by car to the retreat venue, and Kalamata is a 50 min ride away. We will put you in touch with other retreat participants, so you can share a taxi. A van for 5 people from Athens airport costs about €370. A van for 5 people from Kalamata costs about €210 from your home country. 1 month before the retreat, you will be placed in a what’s app group, with all the retreat venue details. From the airport, you will take a 60 min taxi that will cost on average of $25 USD to the retreat venue.
Standard Check-in time is at 15:00, and Check-out is at 12:00. Late Check-out util 18:00 is possible with an additional charge.
All the meals are included during the retreat according to the meal plans. Any beverages outside of those meal plans are chargeable.
Yes. 1 month before the retreat begins, we will put you in a what’s app group with your fellow retreat-goers, and you can arrange with the others to share a car.
Unfortunately this retreat venue is adults only. Only children above the age of 15 are allowed on the property.
There will be some excursions to nearby castle ruins and nature walks. The nearest town is an easy 5 min walk down the hill.
Many people come to retreats to either deepen their bonds with friends, family members, partners. And many people do come alone with a spirit of adventure. Every group is unique and always the right fit. This choice is completely up to you.
Complimentary Wifi will be included. Though, we highly encourage that you switch off your mobile devices during the retreat so that you can get the most our of this important time for yourself.
