I found this course to be incredibly powerful. The course has definitely helped me to feel more intuitive to write meditations and to facilitate the mother’s blessing ceremonies that I offer. There were so many ideas that came through the sacred geometry visualisations that I can’t wait to put into practice. I’ve learned so much about cuing and setting themes for class offerings. I definitely recommend this course if you’re looking to further your knowledge, to understand breathwork and gain more confidence for yourself.
